Being cooperative will only maximizes your chances of getting the best results. If you are like me, I tend to be proactive when dealing in problem situations. And having access to the Internet allows me more freedom in researching up on any particular topic. Not that you should not be proactive and you should, especially when it comes to your health, but before you rule him or her out, allow them the opportunity to figure out what will serve you best. After all, this is the professional you trust and researched up on right? This however, does not mean to ignore any obvious factors that seem out of the ordinary and you deem detrimental to your health. It is always good in being as informed as possible on any subject matter even more so when it comes to those of a personal nature.

Due to stress and exhaustion most doctors suggested rest as a common solution for your back pain problem. Conversely, when resting or the lack there of, is not the solution to your back woes, a temporary prescription of pain relievers by your doctor may be in order. Hopefully only as a temporary measure will do, providing relief for your back pain while other possibilities can be explored that will lead to a permanent yet none evasive solution to your condition.

Finally, it goes without saying that the use of most pain relieving medications needs to be heavily monitored. Because of their addictive nature and often harmful side effects, one may have to decide what is of most value to them. Hopefully you can resolve your particular back pain issue or manage it with in ways more favorable to your health.
