by Tim Leroy |
|||||
| You may have heard of Fibromyalgia and wondered what are the the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia has many different symptoms and effects different people in different ways. The symptoms can be mild or very severe. They can flare up to the point where it can be unbearable, go sometimes into a almost remission stage only to flare back up.
I've seen a loved one go from chronic pain to feeling better to the point they were able to ride a bike back and forth to work, only to have it flare up to the point that they could barely get out of bed let alone go back to work. Here are some of the symptoms of fibromyalgia, remember it effects people in different ways you may have some or all of the symptoms. * Joint pain: Severe pain in the joints and muscles * Fatigue and loss of energy: Feeling run down making everyday tasks difficult * Headaches: * Nervousness: A uneasy feeling * Insomnia: wake up feeling like you never went to bed * Muscle weakness: unable to lift and do tasked you could do before * Numbness and tingling: numbness and tingling in the in extremities * Depression: it would be hard not to be depressed having the above symptoms * Fear or anxiety * Memory loss, mental confusion or reduced coordination: also known as fibrfog you feel like you are in a fog. * Irritable bowel syndrome; * "Side-effects" of your medications: many of the medications doctors give you have side effects and only treat the symptoms. If you think that you have some of these symptoms you may have fibromyalgia, you may want to contact your doctor. Many doctors and scientist believe that fibromyalgia is in part caused by the toxins that we put into our bodies polluting our bodies. The only way to reverse the symptoms of fibromyalgia is to rid the body of these toxins and start to regain it's natural ability to repair it's self.
