1. Preparing - Get dressed for success
In preparing stage, you must develop your own very personal reason why you want to quit. If you do not know why you want to quit, the rest will be useless. Very personal reason is the strongest and unique barricade from lose and success. Other people reason to stop smoking will not strong enough to prepare you to quit. Light up your cigarette and smoke. You may be laugh when you read that sentence (smile), I'm serious on it. You need take a hard line as smoker and non smoker side. The hard line is your last cigarette. I will carry signal to your brain; this is the end of smoker side. It will begin to condition yourself physically and you will ready for next "I" in PIG.

2. Involving - Tell someone you respect or love
Telling someone you respect or love will carry a second protection. What kind of protection? You won't let them down. If you failed in your try you will let them down. Because if they are really person you love, they will support you 100% for your quitting process. Other benefit of it, you will have urgent feeling to accomplish your goal.

3. Grow - grow expectation
Think positive you can and will quit smoking for good. Why do smoking hard to banish? My opinion is people tend to see it in hard way. If in first thought you saw it hard, it will hard along the way. So, make it fun and simple. Withdrawal symptom will arise, definitely. But, you can manage that.
