Do You Still Want to Smoke? - Be My Guest |

| "I will stop smoking in future. It's easy", I told my wife years ago. One day, I made decision to quit because New Year resolution. I quit for several days, and then this bad habit came again. In my birthday I try to made decision to banish this smoking habit again. Guess what? I quit several days and back again puffing and blowing white cloud (smile).
Many times I made decision and then I break it in instant. Many time I tried, every time I failed. Many promised I made, every single ones break. What did I do wrong? I look back to past and I found unique things. When I accomplish something, or do something good, it will lead to other accomplishment. I made negative comparing; it will do in reversal. So, the key to successful break smoking habit is to manage oneself not to failure in first attempt. If smoker failure in first try, it will harder in second time, then will harder harder harder in third time. That's why I always ask the same question to my entire friend who want to quit. The question is: Do you still enjoy smoking? If the answer is "yes", I will say "if you still want to smoke, be my quest". The important of all method to quit smoking will not work if you still enjoy smoking. It is fact. You can argue on this, but it still the fact. Now how to quit smoking? You must not enjoy smoking. You must hate smoking in first place. The feeling of it will drive you and automatically guard you to smoke again. Simple but not always easy, but this is true. Find your own reason why do you hate smoking and the rest path will waiting for you. Remember old saying "if student ready, the master will arise". For your successful break smoking habit...
